Today, Mitel announced that they have completed the acquisition of Unify from Atos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
We are delighted to say that today marks the creation of a new global leader in unified communications with a business caring for more than 75M users across 100 countries \u2013 an organization with significant scale and global presence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
As a demonstration of the synergies between our organizations, I will continue to be part of the executive leadership team, taking over the position of Chief Sales Officer of Mitel, immediately assuming the global responsibilities for the sales and services organization of the combined company.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
To help ensure a smooth transition, Unify will continue to operate as we do today, and for the foreseeable future, as a part of Mitel. This is to ensure business continuity, as our goal is to serve you without interruption while we bring our companies together.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
